more happens together
Abbey Community Centre relies on funding from a variety of sources. We are only partially funded by the local authority, and donations from individuals are absolutely vital in helping us keep our programme of activities and services running for those who need them most.
Our target for donations from individuals is £12000 by March 2025 to cover the costs of our Community Activities Programme this year. Can you help us get there? Our very small fundraising team would be delighted if you can swing a donation our way to help us fill our thermometer in time.
- £5 could enable an isolated older person to enjoy our social coffee morning and make new friends
- £10 covers the cost of delivering a weekly food parcel to a local family in need
- £25 covers the running of a Tech Buddies session where 8-10 older people access computer support
- £100 could benefit 25 families of under 5s with a free soft-play drop-in session
