Health and Exercise


These sessions are run every Monday 4-5 p.m. The age range is age 5 to 12. Thursdays 6 – 8.30pm for all ages. Students follow the 5 tenants of Taekwondo, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control and indomitable spirit.  There is a charge for this activity, to find out more please drop by a class.

Seated exercise – Over 50s

This exercise class meets every Tuesday from 1.00 – 2.00pm. Participants are mainly seated and perform gentle movements designed to improve posture, balance and strengthen vulnerable areas. First class free, if you would like to join just come along to a class.

Men’s 50+ Fitness

Mr Augusto Pardo-Perez, personal trainer, guides the group through exercises to keep you in good nick every Wednesday 3-4pm. £3 per session.

Women’s Yoga

This class is run by the Henna Asian Women’s group and is open to Henna members only. It is held every Tuesday 2.15 – 3.15 p.m and Wednesday 12.15pm – 1.15pm.
