Taekwon Do

These sessions are run every Monday & Wednesday 4-5 p.m. The age range is age 5 to 12. Thursdays 6 – 8.30pm for all ages. Students follow the 5 tenants of Taekwondo, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control and indomitable spirit.  There is a charge for this activity, to find out more please drop by a class.

Seated exercise – Over 50s
This exercise class meets every Tuesday from 1.00 – 2.00pm. Participants are mainly seated and perform gentle movements designed to improve posture, balance and strengthen vulnerable areas. First class free, if you would like to join just come along to a class.

Men’s 50+ Fitness

Mr Augusto Pardo-Perez, personal trainer, leads a session to you in good shape.  No charge.

Women’s Yoga

 

This class is run by the Henna Asian Women’s group but is open to all Henna members only. It is held every Tuesday 2.15 – 3.15 p.m and Wednesday 12.15pm – 1.15pm.
